Week 42 – Challenge – What a pain I can be

In this week Instagram challenge, we will explore what makes us click and how we react to annoyances. The daily life of a PhD student.

For this challenge, I can’t share most of your posts. I need to remember that Instagram stories disappear after 24h…

For the next challenge, I will change a bit the way I do things. One post per day is a bit too overwhelming for you guys and for myself. I want to have time to go a bit more in depth with these exercises. I will share the next challenge at the end of the week and you will have one week to participate and share your stories.

In the next exercise, we will focus on “Who we are upset with” and try to learn how to let go. Resenting is a burden and forgiving, even the most awful things, can help you find peace.
